I loved this property- it was like having my own studio apt in downtown Seattle for the night. Walking distance to Pike Place Market. A very short walk from the Westlake light rail station meant no expensive Uber needed from the airport. Friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again!

Walls are so thin. Hard to sleep when you hear conversations from the neighbors. Bad layout of room. The oven hood was a hazard and painful. Place was very clean though.

Conveniently located to the pier. Room was great, but did not realize there was no A/C in rooms. Being from central US we forget not everyone has it. We were able to open all the windows to cool it off before bed. The entrance to hotel is a little strange. It's basically a long hallway with the end holding hotel staff. The elevator right next to it. Only room for a couple people and luggage. Hotel check in is not till 4pm, so plan accordingly if you arrive early. Hotel staff was friendly. If you stay within certain blocks the area appears safe. We were not out after dark. After leaving the Market, went over one block to many and area did no feel as safe. Many closed store fronts and people loitering around.

Stayed here for my first ever trip to Seattle and had a 10/10 stay. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice and helpful, and they even let us check in earlier than our check-in time since the room was ready quicker than expected. The hotel was also walking distance from Pike Place Market and many food and cafe spots. Overall, I would recommend Reside Seattle to anybody planning a trip to Seattle and would stay here again!

Other than the fact that the elevator was not working I would definitely recommend this place. Walking distance to Pike's Place Market and all the things near to it. The staff was very corteous and had some men ready to bring our baggage up and down the stairs. Good exercise but not something we were looking for. It was concerning that the hotel only had one elevator and that unfortunately it was not working. But the staff communicated properly and gave us the option to look for other accommodations. We decided to stay and had a great time.

There were a ton of homeless around the area, not the property's fault, but did require the front door to be locked and had to be buzzed into the facility. Steps from Pike Market. Spacious for a solo traveler. Staff is helpful. Only complaint is the bathroom sink in my room. Drain might need looking into. Water took a bit too long to dissipate. The property was very convenient to downtown, Pike place market, the waterfront, etc. I didn't like that the lobby didn't have a public restroom. One night of my stay, there were two people having a loud argument, so i called the front desk. They said they'd take care of it, but nothing seemed to be done.

Great location and walkable to top tourists attractions. Front staff were helpful and welcoming. The unit was spacious and clean. I recommend this place if you don't mind the regular street noise (typical in cities), no lounge area, or single elevator.

This hotel isn’t for everybody. Its small in the lobby (like walking down your apartment hallway) and the elevator (two people and a stroller made it over crowded). We pre paid through expedia and when we arrived there was a unexpected $250 deposit they require which really threw our trip off as we are young parents and planned the trip out months ahead with a budget The room was a lot smaller in person compared to photos however it was clean and smelt like it was freshly mopped… …Its perfect for a couple with no kids or a person staying by themselves who’s looking to save money. Convienient downtown location and half the cost of other hotels made it okay in the end… defitnely would spend more for other hotels next time though
