I have to start by saying that I never do a bad review. Even the service that I receive was bad, I know that everybody need their job but I had Very Bad Experience with this place I don’t want somebody have the same issue, we arrived to Seattle coming from Alaska from a long trip, due some issues with the returning flight, we booked this place using Expedia, when we arrive to the property, nobody was present in the “lobby”, there are just a sign : we will return soon, we wait for a long time to somebody arrived there, I have to mention that no place to sit to wait, people walking around us with very bad aspect, there are neither a bathroom to use and I had a very bad stomach pain, when the guy a , he said to us that the room will not be ready on until 3 PM and was around 11 am, we decide to leave the property and look for another stay, I called Expedia to receive the refund and Expedia never could communicate with them, when l called to the property using the phone in the Expedia page it is disconnected, as per Expedia they never accept the return, there are a lot of property around the airport that you can use , avoid this “motel “, is it unfair not refund a service you don’t received, also Expedia should made a deep investigation about this issue, sorry guys, but you need to improve your service and if you can’t provide what guess need, and guess decide to leave the property, you should refund the money for something that they don’t use. Good luck, it is no honest.
