Quiet comfy home away from home

Lyla was a wonderful hostess who welcomed us into her beautiful apartment with a lovely view out the back to the golf course. We found everything we needed for our stay - it was warm, comfy, & plenty spacious for the 3 of us. Her home is in a serene neighborhood and her rental is under her home. We were so comfortable, that we're grateful she had another opening for us. We're staying again on the way home as we hit a glitch in our travel plans. quiet

The property is in a lovely neighborhood a short distance from all the things making Seattle a favorite destination. We've been staying at Lyla's for years and will continue to do so.

Convenient and Good Price

The place is a very short drive to many places in Bellevue. The host is very accommodating and caring. The pathway to the entrance was down a slipped gravel path. We were able to navigate okay, though.

Gorgeous place to stay near Seattle!

Everything in this listing is on point—the wonderful inside space, the patio with the gorgeous view, everything! It overlooks wonderful landscaping and a lovely golf course which makes for a peaceful morning to start the day with coffee and breakfast. The host is very nice and pleasant to talk to, and the neighborhood and surrounding area is full of beautiful homes with beautiful plants and landscapes everywhere. 100% recommend this place to stay! If I return to the Seattle area again, this will be the first place I look for availability.

Beautiful on 4th Fairway

Beautiful and super clean apartment. Right off the back covered patio is the 4th fairway. So you can watch the golfers play as you enjoy your morning coffee. You will meet a charming and amazing Lady who is the homeowner. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly encourage you to consider this apartment for your stay as well.

Visiting family

This is a wonderful stay. Very quiet, private yet beautiful. It is on the Tam O’shanter golf course. The kitchen is very well stocked and the appliances work well. The living room and dining table are spacious enough for a family of four. There is a on-demand fireplace, which is a great touch. It can be a two bedroom, one bath, one office space or a one bedroom and office space. The challenge for us seniors is getting down to the entry, which is a sloping, gravel path that may be difficult for some. There are lots of motion sensor lights which are very helpful. The shower is another, the bath-shower is a deep soaking tub and to enter it requires a step stool and good balance. Not for the faint of heart or the physically challenged.

Large space

Large and comfortable space to stay, very clean, comfortable bed, has everything you need! You are supposed to check in by 8pm, which I didn’t see beforehand, so just a heads up on that. The owner will come down & unlock the door the first time & then you take it from there!

Great stay!

Our stay at Lyla’s home was great! The unit had everything we needed (even some extra goodies), the view from the room and outdoor table was beautiful! So green! (Much different than AZ) ;-) Lyla was easy to communicate with. The location worked great for us; just 3 miles from our son’s home. We will be back! Thank you, Lyla.

Golf Course Getaway

We loved staying at Lyla's. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked. It is a "basement" apartment but as the house is built into a hill you get full size windows, and a beautiful patio looking out onto the golf course. Very private and quiet with no over head noise at all. You do need a car to get to the shops and restaurants but everything you need is very close. We are looking forward to staying again when we visit Bellevue.

Very Cozy Stay :)

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The location was so convenient for our needs, visiting local family in the surrounding area, and celebrating my father-in-law's birthday. The host was kind and gracious, and all the amenities we could have needed were available to us. We appreciated the 'extra special touches' of coffee and tea, as well as heated mattress pad! The place was nicely furnished, and very warm and inviting. The view of the golf course in the back was stunning, with a relaxing water fountain along the back porch!
