Cozy, Modern suite with amazing views situated in a quiet area (10 mins) from the Light Rail in Lynnwood. Unwind in tranquility at Wooded Oasis, a spacious and inviting two-bedroom apartment. Explore nearby attractions like Boeing Future of Flight (5 mi) Edmonds Marina (6 mi) Mukilteo Marina (9 miles) and Alderwood Mall (3.7 mi). Our aim is the provide you with a cosy and comfortable haven during your stay.

The space
Welcome to our beautifully decorated suite. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. The beds are very comfortable for a restful night's sleep. We do have a laundry room with a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry for longer stays. On chilly evenings, the gas fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, perfect for creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

The suite boasts a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy. Stay connected to, high-speed internet, perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows. Watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime Disney & HBO Max.

For the ultimate relaxation experience, indulge in the luxury of our private hot tub on the deck under the stars. Enjoy the private pool during Summer. We charge a pool heat fee to access the pool.

Step right out of Wooded Oasis to Meadowdale Park with stunning walking trails (30 mins, walk to Haines Wharf Park) and (40 mins to Meadowdale Beach Park). Meadowdale Beach Park is a 1.25 nature trail down to the beach. There are two parking spots to park in front of the suite.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a wonderful place to have family over for dinner. The owners were helpful and answered our questions promptly. We hope to book again!

It wasn't a quiet property, it was oddly incredibly loud. I think there's something wrong with the HVAC or boiler because it was so loud and shook the doors that both bedrooms couldn't sleep. It wasn't too hot or too cold but the HVAC was constantly kicking on. We couldn't sleep during our entire stay here. Also no tissues or kleenex available. Otherwise great stay.

We picked this place because it was 5 minutes from our son's house. It is a very nice basement apartment. Spacious kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Two things that would take away from the stay were not being able to control the heat and the footsteps of the occupants upstairs. But, you would have the same in a condo or apartment rental. The house is in very quiet neighborhood, which we loved. Most likely would stay again.

We love staying here cause the owners are always nice plus they have a pool and hot tub we can use we’re close to everyone and in the middle of town makes it great. Super nette und warmherzige Familie, alles hat wunderbar geklappt! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und voll ausgestattet. Wir haben die zentrale Lage sehr gut nutzen können, zu fast allen Lokationen und Sehenswürdigkeiten benötigt man ca. 20-40 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Seattle und Umgebung sehr genossen :)

Great location north of Seattle in a quiet, secluded neighborhood conveniently located to shopping and dining. This property is set up as a private entrance mother-in-law suite with two full bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room, as well as a full kitchen. The property owners live upstairs. They were very welcoming and offered us homemade muffins and fresh-picked blueberries. We had full access to the private wooded backyard with pool and hot tub during our stay. Due to the wooded backyard and need to keep the pool heated we coordinated with the hosts about when we wanted to use the pool so they could make sure it was clean and heated for our use. Parking is on the street but pretty much no traffic. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Ray and jonita are the sweetest people! They were so helpful when we asked questions and were so accommodating so all our needs! And also left us warm brownies! If I’m ever back in the area I will absolutely be coming back to this spot!

Pros: Fully stocked - appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and laundry room Beautiful Backyard - pool, hot tub, and "in the woods" feel even though you're in the middle of the city -Clean -Fresh, warm brownies at check in (these were delicious and SO appreciated after being on the road 2 days)! -Spacious (king size bed in one bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and pullout sofa in the living room, full bath and huge kitchen) Cons -had to pay 25$ cash per day that we needed the pool warmed up (I dont recall seeing this anywhere in the listing. Also, since we were camping and without cell service I didnt see the message in time from the host about needing 24 hours for the pool to fully warm up. So the first day we had a cold pool, not a big deal since we had just been swimming in glacial lakes and the pool didnt seem that cold, but still not the greatest) -if you're sleeping in the queen bed bedroom, it should be noted that the only access to the washer and dryer is directly through your room. A little inconvenient for privacy. -also, if sleeping in this bedroom, it should be noted that the furnace, or something mechanical, is in a closet connected to the room, which makes a loud banging/clicking aound in the very early morning -have to walk through their front yard, around the side of the house to get to the back door entrance (not a big deal but kind of awkward) Overall, it was a lovely stay and we appreciate the host's efforts to make our stay enjoyable.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Briefly: 2 negatives- awkward entrance. One walks across their front lawn to enter a side gate, then around back to entrance. 2) temperature control in unit controlled upstairs. A nice gas fireplace to warm things up or open windows to cool the place down. Positives: Beautiful interior. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room. Laundry. Comfortable beds. Clean. Host offered us a home baked banana bread- scrumptious! The outdoor hot tub was also a positive. All jets circulate water but only one jet shoots "air" BUT the temp was perfect and its location in the backyard was "private". House location is next to a park which is also a low traffic street- another positive. If you need to visit Seattle area- this place is far enough to be affordable, but not too far away from all of Seattle's tourist attractions. About an hour away from SEA airport.

It was great we loved every moment of it we loved the apartment it was amazing and we were able to go 10 minutes to Edmonds waterfront and the mall the stores were closed so we love that too you guys were amazing you guys answered every time something and your husband was really nice and your daughter so we would love to stay there again again it was nice and quiet so you guys get 10 Stars And it was very convenient for us with everything nice little town⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we will definitely be back and I do recommend this to people
