The loft boasts a sleeping area with a pitched ceiling, a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, a full bathroom, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the orchard.
Step outside, and you'll find yourself immersed in nature's embrace. Enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful garden, fire up the gas grill for an alfresco feast, or lose yourself in a captivating novel. The secluded outdoor space, complete with a flowing fountain, artistic statuary, and umbrella-shaded seating, is an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Guest Access:
La Dolce Vita Barn Retreat is tucked away down a private driveway, past another rental unit, ensuring a peaceful and secluded stay. You'll find ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
Access to the property is simple and convenient. You'll receive a unique code to unlock the lockbox located on the bell right in front of the main sliding glass door. Inside, you'll find keys for the main barn, The Loft, and the laundry room. Please be sure to return the keys to the lockbox after each use to prevent misplacing them.
The Loft is accessed via a private exterior staircase located to the left of the main entrance. Ascend the stairs to find another locked sliding glass door leading to your secluded retreat.
A separate laundry room is also available on the property, with a key provided for your convenience.

Located just minutes from the heart of Graton, this area is rich in charm and local flavor. Graton is a small, rustic town known for its eclectic mix of artists, farmers, and food lovers. Whether you’re looking for fine dining, casual bites, or a taste of local wine, you’ll find it all here. Other Things to Note:
The Loft: While The Loft is a unique and charming space, please be aware that it can get very warm during the summer months. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided for your comfort. Additionally, the ceiling follows the roofline, so please be mindful of low-hanging beams and avoid bumping your head.
Main Unit Bathroom: The main area has an open and airy layout. However, please note that the only bathroom in this space is accessed through the master bedroom. There is a full bathroom upstairs in The Loft for your convenience as well.
