“The house is nice and clean. It's a lot smaller than i was expecting. Getting a boat in the driveway is a little challenging as well.”

“We were in town for a family birthday celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very comfortable and in an easy location to reach all Guntersville has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Unlike many rentals, this property does not have the usual incidentals so bring your own soap or shower gel, laundry supplies, and first morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. ”

“We had 6 adults with us. The house is extremely clean! There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and relaxed. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The owner was easy to communicate with. We come to Lake Guntersville every year but usually stay closer to Scottsboro. We are all really glad we decided to stay in Guntersville this year. “We were a family of 9. Cleanliness of house was good, appliances were great. Sparsely furnished - needed to have a bit more sitting available to watch T.V. Master bedroom and bath were great. Needed to have a table or two in the other bedrooms to put things on. Maybe some hooks in bathroom to hang towels on would be great.Should be advertised to accommodate 6-8 people instead of ten. We enjoyed our stay but it was a bit tight quarters for all of us. Sean was a great host.”

“The cabin is located right on the water with a very nice yard. Parking was very easy enough room for at least two vehicles to be able to turn around. House was immaculate. The property and location were very calm and peaceful but also close to downtown where there are walking , restaurants here live music so much to do”
