“The big attraction for this place is clearly the pool and courtyard and it attracted a number of families with small kids. The kids loved the pool, the parents were able to sit in luunges around the pool. Not exactly our scene but it was OK. A bit noisier than we expected. We only stayed one night as our plans changed but it was fine.”

“Good location. Walkable to Santa Cruz bay. Not happy with the room given. Originally was to get room 214 but one of the staff members said that since it was booked through Expedia we were given a smaller room (#234). The facility did not have an elevator so we had to go up several flights of stairs. Room 214 had very little stairs to get to. So booking through Expedia gets you the lesser rooms!?!?! ”
