“A weekend away spent up the hill from a few of our favorite places to eat and a 10 minute walk to the incline/barr trail. The host was wonderful and responsive, we enjoyed the hot tub and the fact it felt secluded while being right in town. The space is inviting and the bed was really comfortable for being small. “Don’t say it’s a “shared” hot tub when there’s no other way into the backyard from this guesthouse. The hosts has a whole system of their Renjoy company set up as a 3rd party. They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. It was a decent stay until I woke up with one bed bug climbing on me. I contacted the host, & they responded very quickly & sent over a bug spray at the door. But I already……

“I had the pleasure of spending the Christmas holidays at Black Bear Chateu in Colorado Springs. The home was beautiful and my host, Mary Louise, had decorated my home with Christmas lights and decorations which made me feel right at home. The property has everything you could ask for including bedroom, kitchen, televisions in the living room and bedroom and deer and turkeys that visited every morning. There are also many games and books plus a foosball table to keep the youngsters entertained. ……
