“I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it.
