Quick trip to Sedona

My family of 5 stayed here, everyone 18 years and older. The place was immaculate and perfectly cleaned. Lots of room. Great location.Pools and activity center were wonderful !Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Sedona family hike

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. We had two adjoining suites which was pleanty of room for our family of 5. Would stay again.

Hilton vacation club unit west Sedona

We had a maintenance issue with the heat and called the front desk at 6:30- it was 62 in the unit and we could not get the heat to turn on- overnight was 40 and windy. By 9:00 the problem was finally fixedWe had a similar issue the next morning with the heat - 65 this time and not able to turn it up. Called the front desk again for maintenance . I asked for some type credit - leaving it open to the vacation club owner as it did impact our stay but no adjustment was offered- tough luck was the attitude. A small adjustment would have been appropriate and would have nipped these comments in the bud.

Great location, comfortable condo!

We stayed just 5 days but it was very comfortable. The second room was a small mother-in-law suite which was perfect! We were able to have our own spaces to lounge. Parking was plentiful and the serenity pool(21+) is the closest one to the condo. Overall it was a great stay. The only thing I would have liked to have was a cookie sheet!
