Beautiful property with stunning views. Hotel room was dated but has a great layout. Kitchenette is perfect for preparing food before an early morning hike. No soundproofing so outside noises from hallway/water running from other rooms is quite loud.

It is immersed in this spectacular view of the red rocks of Sedona area. In addition, you can take a sunbath and swim in the private pool of the hotel complex. It is a wonderful, relaxing time after visiting the national park!

I did not like the bed, it was a very hard mattress and uncomfortable pillows. The sofa bed was worse. The property looks outdated, the rooms are outdated. Charged a resort fee even though It’s not really a resort just a regular hotel with a pool so Im not sure what it was for except for pool towels??? Staff where friendly but I didn’t like being asked to join those timeshare programs upon checkin.

Do NOT go to the 90 minute sales pitch presentation. It’s not worth $150. It’s 89 minutes explaining the benefits of participation and then in the final minute, they tell you the cost and expect a decision NOW - on the spot. You’re looking at a MINIMUM of $24,000. If you’re a millionaire, then knock yourself out. The rest of us who make large financial decisions need a more balanced timeframe to evaluate the Cost/Benefit analysis. 89 minutes devoted to the Benefits and 1 minute for the Cost is very unfair. But it’s all sugar coated in “we are not like Timeshare Salesmen.” Oh, yes they are. Lipstick on a pig is still a pig. The minute you say No, thank you, the smiles become fake and the “hospitality” is contrived and the resentment is palpable. I would sit through that again for $24,000., but not $150.
