My family and I had our July 4th vacation plans completely derailed due to an incredibly frustrating experience with this property. On the day of our confirmed check-in, we received no communication from the owner. When I reached out to them a mere four hours before our scheduled arrival, I was informed that the property was, in fact, unavailable. This eleventh-hour cancellation left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations during a peak holiday weekend. To compound the issue, we were forced to contact customer support to secure our refund, as the owner did not process it automatically despite knowing they could not honor our booking. I strongly advise caution when considering this property, particularly for important dates.
