The staff was very helpful and accommodated our questions and needs right away. It was an enjoyable experience. The beds very excellent to sleep in. The breakfast was excellent. There was always a variety of items available. We did miss the swimming pool since it was closed.

At the timenofnmy visit the pool was going through renovations. Light bulbs in room needed replacement on a lamp. Also refrigerator was not checked by staff prior to renting room, there was a beverage which I disposed off. Breakfast options are okay, convenient location off the highway.

The walls were paper thin, the light in the bathroom constantly flickered, the pool and hot tub were closed due to some health and safety reason, although hotel states online it is functionial. Do not recommend staying here if you're looking to relax and unwind. Breakfast was standard. Coffee not great.

We chose this location specifically for the amenities. After several days of hiking we wanted to relax in a hot tub and do some laundry. When we got there, half of the building had water damage. The hot tub was out of order. Elevators were not working. One of the two washing machines appeared full of mold and the other was visibly dirty. We asked for supplies to clean out the debris of the non moldy machine prior to using. Dryers were clean. In our room, there was leftover food in the fridge. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the room itself was sufficient. The receptionist at checkin was as helpful as she could be given the state of the property, but she was very kind.

The hotels breakfast was a good boost in the morning. The bed was very comfortable! The staff was nice, well located close to wildlife out of africa reserve. Laundry was a big plus, and was very affordable (1$ each cycle). Pool was unavailable at our time. Check in was flexible even when we arrived earlier.

I arrived tired and road weary. The desk clerk checked me in, and THEN told me that my room was on the 3rd floor and the ELEVATOR was broken. WHAT?! Then, as I was walking down the hallway, I looked outside and saw that their POOL was EMPTY--DRY. I said, Oh no you don't. They had to cancel my reservation with no penalty. I wouldn't even think of staying there in the future.

Pool broken, elevator broken,staff accidentally locked stairs -no fire escape), staff accidentally got our room mixed up and gave another customer a key to our room, fridge broken, tv remote broken and “spaceballs” played on a loop. Would not recommend. Breakfast slayed tho.
