All of our properties are SUPER stocked with luxury bath amenities and paper products, including Seventh Generation toilet paper, Puffs tissues, Bounty paper towels, dish pods, dish soap, sponges, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

Guest pays: Nightly Rent + Departure Cleaning Fee $500 + $138 Damage Protection Fee + 6.5% Yavapai County (0.825%) and State of Arizona (5.5%) Sales and Use Tax. If/When approved a minimum $300 Pet Fee will apply.
Vivid Vacation Rentals has flexible payment options. If you pay by credit card you will be charged an additional 5% credit card processing fee. (For credit card payments, we currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. AMEX is not yet available at this time). Deposit: 40% due at booking - Balance Due 61 Days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 31 days prior to stay: Full refund. Within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund (minus service fee). No refund after 14 days from arrival. All times based on property's local time. (Effective April 1, 2024)
