Love this property. They are currently updating the rooms, so there was a little bit of construction going on but food is near by, shopping is close. Love this place. We will be back!

The property is going through renovations, and I look forward to this finished product. There is an odor of mild in the room and the pillows were too fluffy. We would have liked a better bed and updated kitchen areas in the one bedroom suite.

The property was very nice and in a great location. I enjoyed the fridge and kitchen. The furnishings left a lot to be desired. The pool bar was never open and the on-site restaurant and bar closed at 9pm. The spa was well appointed and was a highlight of the facility.

BEWARE WHEN CHECKING IN. The front desk staff is excellent and helpful. However, a “nice greeter” hangs out in the lobby who tries to get you to visit the concierge who is a timeshare agent.

Very slow check-in (30 minutes in line) due to system issues. Then our room keys, along with those of several other guests, did not work. Highly inconvenient. Stuff happens, but it is how a “resort” responds to stuff that happens that matters. The response was inadequate for a place that we thought was a first class resort. Also, inadequately staffed everywhere. Nobody at the pool or anywhere on the grounds, one overtaxed waitperson at the Spoke and Wheel, nobody at the pool bar, etc. The lobby is fully staffed with timeshare peddlers, however. They call themselves “concierge” which is deceitful. Check out is at 10:00 a.m…really? The location is good but all lodging in the area is a good location. There is nothing about this third rate “resort” I would recommend. Highly disappointing stay.

Property was dated, but I understand there are improvements planned. The security person, Barbara, was very helpful to us. She helped with our luggage and gave us helpful advice, showing us around the property. She also bandaged my husband after a fall in the lobby.(very minor wound on his arm.) The friendly staff made out stay a positive one.

Beautiful property and amenities. Room was a full suite. Secutity was helpful to get to the room since there are so many buildings. Pool and free exercise classes were nice. Consiere was nice and somewhat helpful- not knowledgable about the shuttle issues or hiking there.
