The hotel was peaceful, the pool was nice. The depth goes from 3 feet to 8.5 feet. The breakfast was great. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and flavorful. The rooms were nice and clean. Has a roomy walk in shower/ no tub in our double queen bed room. We were on the second floor so, we had a quaint lil view of Mingus MTN where we were able to enjoy private planes taking off and landing. The staff was very friendly and we were able to check in a couple hrs. Early. Highly recommend

This property is very clean, in a good location amd close to nearby towns. Italian restaurant on sight was lively, with excellent food and service and a nice outdoor seating area with view of the mountains. Nice size refrigerator in room and a good bfree breakfast in the morning. Excellent stay for our stay.

Loved everything but the breakfast choices. White bread, wheat bread and a plate of unwrapped stale donuts! The bagels were not cut in half so they didn’t fit in the toaster. The juice and coffee machines not not fit were jammed in a corner so one slow person could affect everyone else. The waffle machine was a mess with drips and cooked pieces all over. This breakfast area did not belong in such a nice hotel.

1 towels, hand towels, washcloths were as if you are in motel 2 passed up cleaning our room on 2nd day including towel service due to a misunderstanding by the maid. Had to go get more towels from front desk 3 Door stuck badly to open or close. 4 website said “pet friendly” but failed to say daily rate 5 breakfast area clean, well tended to and stocked 6 Hearing people upstairs walking back and forth at 5 in morning or 9:30 at night…annoying

I liked the water dispenser and cookies in the front lobby, liked the charm of the lobby including the tile, the room was great-very clean, no bad odors, the bathroom sink area lighting was fancy and modern, liked the hand soap on the wall by the sink. The only thing that didn’t look great in the room was the condition of the bathroom door - there is a small area down near the door hinges where some of the brown coloring of the door is missing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

I liked the above. Friendly, great breakfast variety. I wasn’t spending a lot of time in the room on vacation, so the following were not big deals, just little things that could be improved: Room had a funny smell. Bought a couple air fresheners. The safe in the room wasn’t working. The air conditioner worked, but rattled a lot. Pillows were flat and hard. Not typical hotel pillows. (Personal preference) I didn’t bring these things to management’s attention because I knew the King rooms were booked and I wouldn’t have been able to switch rooms. Still, all in all, the hotel was very good for my purposes and was a good value compared to a lot of other hotels in the area. I would stay there again.
