This modern cottage is your oasis from the hustle and bustle. Please note there is only one parking spot. You may bring well trained small to medium sized dogs.

This space features a bedroom and full bath with a queen daybed in the living room and a twin futon. Making this space great for a family or 2 to 4 friends traveling together.

There is an incredible restaurant across the road with a perfect latte or lunch a few minute walk gets you there this is my favorite aspect because it makes cooking and groceries optional.

We are excited to host all of you happy people or you folks who need a boost!

The space:
This home is soo special. It’s a dream cabin in a sweet neighborhood that sits on the creek. This is private access for homes that back the creek to access the creek you will need to head out to the public access. A short walk, about 8 mins, is the General Store which has world class food and coffee. A 15 minute drive into town for shopping and more dining. Everything is brand new and the home was just finished March 2020.

Guest access:
There is a fire-pit out back with a table a chairs to enjoy the calm. (some times it is no burn)

There is direct creek access if you go down to the bridge from The Grace Space but the the homes that sit on the creek own their access. Guests can drive a few minutes up the road to slide rock to go for a dip or there is a bridge that you drive over to get to the house and from there you are allowed to enter the creek, it’s a little steep so enter carefully.

Other things to note:
We have a regular coffee maker and Keurig. Please bring ground coffee. There is also a one cup coffee pour over coffee maker. You will need to bring coffee filters for this. (I have some but in case they run out) For making tea we have an electric water kettle and tea pot.

Cute, small house. Very clean. Recommend getting there during daylight hours. The road to the property is tight and not lit at all. Also, the house is near the creek, but access to the creek is limited due to neighboring property lines. Great house for basic needs.

10/10 Excellent These 2 Michiganders will be back!
We enjoyed our stay immensely at this well-appointed, clean, beautifully updated quaint cabin retreat. The area is a bit tricky to find because it’s nestled in the woods & mountains across Oak Creek (beautifully shaded & peaceful) Meagan responded to us promptly & stayed on the phone with us until we found her cabin. We are avid hikers and appreciated that her place was a very short drive into Sedona for shopping, restaurants, & especially all the Amazing trails Sedona has to offer. We appreciated the beauty of the neighborhood. The close neighbors were never an issue. We sat outside on her front covered porch in the very comfortable chairs every day & evening after hiking. The grill worked well and we enjoyed cooking @ cabin with its well stocked kitchen. My wife was happy to see that there was a hair dryer and curling iron (maybe these items could be listed under Bathroom amenities to help guests pack a little lighter) Minimal spiders/bugs upon arrival. Meagan followed through with having a pest control technician come to cabin. She had new Casper pillows delivered while we there, as well as some new additional bedroom comforts. She was quick to respond to our minimal questions. Thank you for making us feel @ home. Had an Amazing 24th Wedding Anniversary trip! J&J

We didn’t stay!! Place was dirty and nothing was cleaned. The location was better suited for a hired hand not someone traveling. To get to it almost required a pack mule. Terrible house, terrible location.

Great Spot
This is a lovely little place, very clean, and comfortable. It is exactly as advertised. The furniture arrangement is a bit quirky, but we made it work. The DVD player was not connected to the TV, which took us a while to figure out, so make sure it's connected if you plan to use it. Some of the fixtures (faucets, bathroom doors, towel racks) need attention, but everything was in great condition. Beautiful, peaceful, remote location, but close to town. There is a vehicle parked in one of the two spaces that looks like it's abandoned - been there a while. Would have been easier to maneuver our truck if it weren't there, and it's unsightly. Otherwise, we loved it, great spot for a get-away!

Location was good although when we had arrived we checked the bedding and found a quarter sized spider in the bed, later that night we had kept finding spiders in the bedroom coming from underneath the bed where all the house storage items are stored (house had no storage closet) we pulled everything out and killed about 10 spiders and a stink bug,it was hard to sleep then the next day we debated leaving but we had already payed so we stayed, 2nd day more spiders were found throughout the house and ants coming in from the side yard, the side yard was unusable because of ant hills infesting area, overall the house was nice just needs new seals on doors and an exterminator.

Awful experience
I disputed the charge with my bank and refused to pay since i never stayed. My family and I didnt end up staying here and had to get a last minute hotel! Was unable to locate this property and host did not respond to multiple attempts to contact seeking lot number and instructions. There were no road signs and it was like a giant trailor park with gaping potholes and no road sign or directions on how to find said property trailer park with gaping potholes

Host non responsive
This was my second Vrbo experience. Unfortunately the host was non-responsive. My reservation was for a 2 night stay. Four days prior I reached out to the host asking if an earlier check in was available. No response. The host did not provide the check in details for my arrival at 4:00 pm (listing check in time) I had contacted the host through the reservation app, called three times and left voicemail messages, texted and then contacted Vrbo customer support. They also could not be in touch with the host. While on the phone with Vrbo to make alternate reservations I finally received the gate code and property access details. Note, this was an hour and half after the listed 4 pm check-in. After my stay, I requested a partial refund and the host declined. Also note there is no access to the creek from the property community.

We would recommend getting a small dining table where the couch is and a pull out sleeping couch instead of the big day bed. We enjoyed the place, great kitchen. Instructions for the heating/cooling would be helpful.

It’s a good place.
Overall everything is good about the place. Had a plethora of kitchen stuff to cook any meal. It is in shade, and other reviews mentioned it can get chili in the morning, but I do not think they saw the several space heaters provided, so just keep in mind those are there for you. The water heater is not large, so don’t plan on long showers. As a fellow vacation rental host, I would suggest that the listing states that neighbors are very close to you. It’s not wide open with space between buildings. It’s in a little “tiny home vacation village”. It’s not a problem, especially if you know ahead.

Perfect Location
Cabin is perfect for couples/small family. Location is great right on the oak creek river. Pictures on vrbo are a perfect representation of it. Very clean, and has everything you need to eat in. Will be returning for sure.

Quiet, peaceful house for 1-2 people
Cute home, quiet neighborhood, nice location. Oak creek is amazing! Kitchen has plenty of cookware. Unfortunately the shower drain was blocked from day one and never resolved despite attempts to do so. Be prepared for a short but very rough/bumpy road with the house difficult to find if you’re arriving at night (could be helpful to leave exterior lights on). Make sure to bring own coffee, filters and ANY other kitchen staple needed. Microwave was not easily accessible over tall fridge but that might be changed. Can use air fryer for toaster. No shelves/hooks for clothing. Bedroom light flickered so we didn’t use it. Heat was temperamental but space heaters were available. Also reach out to Meagan a day before to get essential gate code/door lock check in instructions.

We spent a week at this cute bungalow. There were 2 of us and our dog. The house is very charming with lots of extras including an air fryer, blender, full size refrigerator (ice maker but no ice) & washer/dryer. It was surprising that the water heater was so small. One person can barely take a shower before running out of hot water. The pictures of the house are deceiving. It is located in a congested neighborhood with small rough roads and no creek access. The hardest part of our trip was the lack of storage. There was not a hook, hanger, drawer, or closet to put your belongings. I cannot imagine more than 2 people living there for more than a couple days. It's always helpful when an owner has lived in their rental. I don't believe this is the case.
