Considering the price of the room, it was disappointing to find several things in disrepair (e.g., the shower fixture, wall decor, exterior electric doors, and even the room door). It was also difficult to locate the room number, and the walls were thin enough to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. Depending on which staff member was at the front desk, the level of hospitality varied, and at times, I didn’t feel very welcomed. That said, despite these drawbacks, this hotel offered the most stunning view of Sedona out of all the places I’ve stayed. I especially enjoyed the breakfast accompanied by live music and the breathtaking mountain scenery.

The view from the property was beautiful, but unfortunately, that’s where the positive aspects ended. The breakfast was mediocre at best, with a rating of 3/5. The sausage was rubbery, and the bacon seemed like an imitation product. Upon check-in, I was not acknowledged and then eventually instructed to wait while the woman behind the counter finished her phone call. Afterward, she proceeded to take another call right in front of me, forcing me to wait uncomfortably for about five minutes. I eventually stepped outside to get my spouse, as the situation was becoming awkward. When we entered the room we were assigned, we were immediately hit with a foul smell, almost as if someone had just used the bathroom. I had to call the front desk and request that the maid come back in and spray the bathroom. The woman on the line explained that it may be the plumbing at the property . To make matters worse, there were no nighttime events or activities, which left us feeling disappointed and unengaged during our stay. The room itself was decent, but certainly not worth the price I was charged. Given the rude behavior from the front desk staff, the unpleasant odor in the room, and the lack of any entertainment or activities, I can confidently say that I will never book here again.

Sky Rock Sedona is relaxing, clean, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, and a great value for your money. The service is impeccable. Shout out to Rita from the front desk who, along with her coworkers, really goes above and beyond for the guests to ensure they have the best vacation. The morning medication, live music in the evenings, and events like star gazing really make this such a magical place to stay.

We generally liked this place. The $35 a night for parking wasn’t made clear. The staff at the desk was kind of snarky and not helpful with things to or places to eat. They basically handed us a map. Highly recommended WEST SEDONA. Uptown is busy. Food reservations are a must! Overall a good stay at Sky Rock.

Basic room and amenities at a luxury price. Understaffed, so they seemed pretty overwhelmed. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Nice view off of balcony shared by all rooms on our level. Able to park right in front of room, which was convenient.

We complained to the staff about room 336 that the door to the patio was banging back and forth all night long. We got the worse night sleep. The front door to the parking lot was fine. We paid A LOT OF EXTRA money to get this room, and it was the worse nights' sleep. Can we get a refund? They need to fix that door!!!!! Yes, it was windy, but you can't have a door that is banging for 8 hours. I cannot give this hotel a review. I called the front desk and they said they've never heard of that. I'm a food/travel blogger and I've never had this happen. HELP!
