“We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! It was convenient to the tram into the old part of the city. Having restaurants and grocery stores just downstairs was extra nice. We appreciated the ability to log into Netflix. The only suggestion we have is to add a full length mirror somewhere. ”

“The property and welcoming was great. As for the Room it was clean and looked exactly like the pictures offering a stove, microwave and mini fridge
The only downfall was the bedding, very hard and pillows I would of loved a better bed that didn’t feel like stone it had to be the hardest bed I’ve slept in for all the hotels stays I’ve experienced.
Breakfast was great and loved how the staff was so helpful
Would defiantly recommend for that alone not for the bedding ”

“About 30 min prior to arrival to Geneva, it dawned on me that we hadn’t received any directions for check in. We paid and everything was confirmed. We tried calling and even VRBO support couldn’t reach the host. They canceled us at the last moment and nearly everything was sold out around the area for a family of 2 adults, a 5 and almost 2 year old. We had to rebook at an awful hotel in an unsafe area. It was a nightmare! The host has a 0% response rate. I should known better not to trust this……

"Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day.
One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am."
