Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this cozy country and family-friendly restored farmhouse. It is fenced on all sides with a mix of hedges & pickets to give you a lot of privacy & huge area to let the kids run & play without worry, perfect for a group getaway.

It has a privacy fence on the porch separating the two units on the property and the second unit has its own entrance off of Bert St.

The entire front yard through the side yard are for your use and enjoyment. Please reference the pictures to visualize it. ^^

Other things to note:
FYI, if you were planning to use the kayaks shown on our property, we won't be able to accommodate you due to liability issues.

Instead, we have teamed up with “Red Beard Boats” who rents kayaks and other watercraft to the public. They are on the river and even have a swimming hole to use.

You can find them online by entering their business name in your favorite search engine and let them know “Seguin Farmhouse” sent you.

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. We had everything we needed from basic amenities to kitchen necessities that allowed us to cook meals onsite. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and the corn hole set up was a hit with everyone! We were 3 older couples looking for a quiet getaway and this checked all of our boxes.
