Tucked away under a canopy of trees along the banks of the Guadalupe River, this riverfront home features:

Main House (sleeps 7-8):
- Primary King Bedroom w/ Full Bath
- Secondary Queen Bedroom
- Third Bedroom w/ 2 Twins (can be converted to King bed upon request)
- 2nd Full Bathroom in hall between 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms
- Futon Sleeper in Living Room
*** Queen Air Mattress, Toddler Cot, and Pac N Play Available Upon Request***

This is a beautiful waterfront destination designed for hosting and making beautiful memories. The heart of the home is the open concept living and dining area. The kitchen features sprawling granite countertops, double ovens, and a large center island.

- The breakfast bar is an additional dining option.

Relax in the shade of the covered patio or beneath a canopy of trees overlooking the water. Enjoy grilling and yard games like cornhole.

**For your safety peace of mind there are EXTERIOR security cameras which you can view from the security monitor within the home.**

The home is free of paraben and fragrance filled cleaners/detergents. No scented plugins are used in the home. It’s our goal to take steps to create a little less toxic living environment. Located closely to historic downtown Seguin & Texas Lutheran University. An easy drive to New Braunfels, Gruene, and San Antonio attractions.

Perfection

I guess everyone has their idea of a perfect getaway house/property to stay in for a few days and I'm no different. We have stayed in dozens of places over the last 40 years and I will say this weekend was the best place we've found for the location, price, roominess, and overall experience for my wife and family. Had a wedding to attend in New Braunfels and wanted to stay someplace close but not necessarily in NB. Found this house in Seguin right on the river. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Lots of room in the house with an adjoining casita that my daughter and son-in-law stayed in featuring a king size bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Our grandson had his own room with a queen bed, and my two granddaughters had their own room with twin beds. The master bedroom was great with a king bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. Huge kitchen/dining area and the living/dining/kitchen all look out over the back yard and river. Courtney was super easy to get in touch with and respond and the fresh cut flowers and chocolate chip cookies on arrival were an extra special touch. Thanks for the great weekend accommodations and if we need to get back that way for a stay we will definitely be in touch!!

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful stay, it was perfect for our group, everyone had their own bed, the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, and the location was quiet and peaceful! Would definitely recommend or stay here again!

Don't do it

The house is fine. The management team is not. They sent multiple messages throughout every day, asking us to bring the trash cans they had left by the road up, and to shut the garage door, etc. Which is fine but made us feel uncomfortable as if they were watching us at all times.Then upon checkout, they charged us added fees for the overflowing outdoor trashcan and minimal trash left in trash cans inside the house. I have attached photos of what they sent us. They accused me of breaking the shower which was already broken when we arrived. The river is dry on the property and not swimmableThere is no water pressure in the showersBeds are semi comfortable

University Graduation Celebration

The layout of the rooms was perfect for our group. The amenities were superior. Fun was had by all! The host left us a welcome with cookies and a celebration banner. We could not have imagined a better setting for our granddaughter’s graduation celebration.

March Madness trip

We chose this property for the location to the Alamodome. We are UH fans and alumni and wanted a beautiful home to enjoy while we commuted to the games. This place is amazing! We will book again because of its open space and great firepit on the River.

Very peaceful neighborhood and clean home.

We were in town for a few days for a high school softball tournament. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house is in peaceful neighborhood and super clean. I recommend this home to anybody looking for a great stay.

Baseball parent's getaway

We throughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. VOur host was communicative and helpful and so accommodating. Would 100% recommend staying here!! Backyard has a great view! Spacious home and plenty of parking space!

BETTER than advertised!!

This home far exceeded our expectations!! We came for a regional track meet for my daughter. The host left personalized messages for her and welcome cookies for all of us!! It was wonderful!! We enjoyed it SO MUCH, we are planning to travel back for a family vacation and enjoy the area and attractions even more!! HIGHLY recommend!!! 10 stars on a scale of 5!!!

Everything we needed and more

We came in to gifts of hospitality (eclipse glasses and magnets) and a welcome note. The property is beautiful and was great for our dog. Fenced yard, dog treats, clean up bags and towels. The Guadalupe River is serene and broad. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and bbq grills to cook anything we wanted. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. Just very big for the 4 of us. Hope to come back sometime with a few more! Great stay!

Very enjoyable stay!

Great House and Location

The House was perfect for our larger family to stay at for the weekend. Plenty of room for everyone, the river view, backyard was perfect. Plenty of privacy, and very quiet location. We didn't have time to explore Seguin, but if I get the chance to return, I will be staying here again. Thanks.

Weekend getaway

Will be back!!

Came into town to watch my son play football at TLU. She had the house decorated in TLU colors and not knowing had my flowers out in the kitchen with fresh chocolate chip cookies. House was huge with plenty of space for us. Games and activities for the kids and close to everything. Our family loved this location and plan to be back.
