This river house is sure to impress. Located on the Guadalupe River, this home includes a dock for boats, canoes, and kayaks.
Inside, guests will find a bright and homey space. Large windows let the light in while plush furniture beacons you to rest and relaxation. The living room features a sofa, armchairs and a smart TV. Make use of the large dining table for group meals or game nights. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances for all your cooking needs. At night, rest up in the comfortable bedrooms and get ready for another fun day ahead.
The real gem is the backyard which includes a huge deck that overlooks the late. It’s spacious enough for a group to gather. Or, enjoy a quiet moment alone and lounge while watching the river rush by. At night, gather wood for the outdoor firepit and gather around to make s’mores and swap stories.

THINGS TO KNOW
The GBRA (Guadalupe Blanco River Authority) has ruled that all persons entering the water must be in a flotation device such as a boat, canoe, kayak and must wear a life jacket. So be sure to bring a sufficient number of life jackets for your guests who desire to enter the water.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: There is a 50 foot dock on the water. Kayaking, canoeing, and boating are allowed in the water, and people can enter the water.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
