“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……

“The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.”

“The hotel has great decor, good food and provided a relaxing stay. However on our last night we accidentally left a pair of Oakley sunglasses on our table. There was a real lack of interest from staff to locate these. For a small hotel and as the only guests left in the restaurant it seems unlikely they could have disappeared without a trace. Very disappointing response from staff and management. ”

“We stayed at the château for two nights at the very end of June, in the Coriandre room—and it was absolutely fantastic! The property itself is nestled on gorgeous, expansive grounds with manicured gardens, a lovely swimming pool, and an ambiance that feels both timeless and delightfully welcoming. We arrived past midnight after a long drive from Segovia, but thanks to the clear and thoughtful check-in instructions we received earlier in the day, everything went smoothly. We had no trouble……

“Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet, mit vielen durchdachten Kleinigkeiten. Einziger Mangel, dass die Betten so nah an der Badtür standen, dass die Tür nicht ganz auf ging und ans Bett stieß - obwohl auf der anderen Seite noch Platz gewesen wäre. Aber sonst alles sehr angenehm und neu, sehr bequeme Betten und gute Parkgarage. Freundlicher Empfang.”

“Tolles Hotel 7 km von Biarritz entfernt. Frühstück sehr gut und auch die komplette Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Zwei Kritikpunkte: zu wenig Liegen am Pool wenn Hotel komplett gebucht ist. Außerdem ist Bad indem Superior Zimmern sehr klein und die Tür zum Bad ist nicht gut angebracht, da sich keine zweite Person im Bad aufhalten kann. Besser wäre eine Schiebetür oder im Notfall gar keine Tür”
