“Bassenget er fantastisk! Oppvarmet,stort og alltid god plass+solsenger nok. Aircondition fungerer svært godt og det tar ca 8-10 min å gå til Robinson beach,som er en fin sandstrand. Det gikk an å sjekke inn sent,men viktig å ringe hotellet på forhånd å avtale dette.”

- Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs.
- Clean, well-equipped room.
**Cons:**
- Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room.
- Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night.

“Isabelle was so nice to us. We appreciated it. The view is excellent. The beach is right across the street. I loved walking for miles along the beach. Tons of places to eat and shop. The only thing is I sent a message and they never got back to me during a 2 night stay.”

“The place is excellent. It’s a huge village located in the mountains esterel. The only problem is the parking’s location. It’s a bit far from the hotel and if your are carrying baggages can get your tired. In the village is everything you need. Caffe,restaurants,super market,shops. The views is magnificent. Unfortunately only the small pool was open during our stay. We will visit the hotel again for sure in the future. ”

“The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, markets and beach. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and quiet at night. Very helpful front desk staff. The apartment is not fancy but it has plenty of room for our family if 3, kitchen and AC. The location and price was great and we would stay here again. ”

Villa Botanica is located in Old Cannes, amidst shops & restaurants, corner grocery stores and large open air markets, as well as mass transportation (steps from the central bus depot). I normally stay in Centerville (around The Carlton), but I've enjoyed staying in Old Cannes, which is a 7-10 min walk to the West. I find Old Cannes more lively and much less tourist-trappy than……

"I stayed on the 2nd floor for four nights in a room with partial sea views.
**Pros:**
- Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs.
- Clean, well-equipped room.
**Cons:**
- Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room.
- Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night.
- While the hotel staff kindly provided me with earplugs to help mitigate the noise, wearing them all night was uncomfortable. Removing them meant enduring constant disturbances, which severely impacted my ability to rest.
I understand the hotel can't control street noise, but they could improve soundproofing, especially the windows. "
