"My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. "The stay was pleasant, and the service met expectations. However, the baths require maintenance. The hot water system was not functioning. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was largely unavailable throughout the stay. Environment was clean and tidy and service was good and friendly."
