"The reception desk is helpful but need to improve the communication between internal staffs and prevent to provide wrong information to the guest. Such as the closing time of the poolside bar, the reception mentioned it close at 0000, therefore we went there at 22:30 and order drinks. However, the bar said they closed at 23:00 and black out the whole venue sharply. Besides the communication breakdown, overall the staffs are nice as helpful"
