There are just a few rooms, so you can make sure you will have a personalized treatment. The meals are great and they have the special care when someone has any restrictions (e.g. my mother was a vegetarian and they prepared a special meal for her everyday). “Wir haben das Riverhaus (Familien-Chalet) für 4 Personen gebucht. Das war sehr schön und grosszügig. Die Tiere (Nyala, Warzenschweine usw.) konnten wir von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Im holzbefeuerten Whirpool (wird von den Mitarbeitern aufgeheizt, kostet zusätzlich) haben wir die Umgebung genossen, war toll. Auch sonst war alles sehr schön und bestens. Die morgendliche Anfahrt ins "Big-5-Gebiet" dauert etwas und man muss sich warm anziehen, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall.”

“Fantastic size and cleanliness with plenty of supplies (milk, tea, coffee, fruit, cleaning products) provided. Staff would assist with anything uncluding washing up and laundry, so not really "self-catering" if you wish. Note: parys of road can be rough depending on rainfall so I would not use a sedan, but at least a light SUV. ”
