“Property owner, claims VRBO booked property without his knowledge. So it ended up being double booked. He made us pay 500 additional to stay. Although he did allow us to stay an additional night. Its the principal. The kitchen was full of ants. He had someone come and put ant traps down but that still didn't help. Non of the beds had sheets on them. I have never rented a house that doesn't have clean linen on the beds when you get there. Definitely do not recommend. ”

“Avoid VRBO, Vacasa, and this property owner at all costs. All of my issues were unaddressed and ignored AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS & CALLS - COMPLETE SCAM! There are so many problems with this property that there is not enough room to put them in this review - cameras with audio are INSIDE AND OUTSIDE this property and YOU ARE WATCHED by the owner; 1/3 of this property is blocked off, including use of the garage, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS "ENTIRE HOUSE"; couldn't get access to the boat ramp for 3 DAYS;……

“This property was a beautiful beach house to stay in for our family vacation! The house was clean and the layout was spacious for everyone to have their own space. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard, and we loved how the house was set up kitchen wise that we had everything we needed to cook at home, including grilling outdoors! Would recommend this home to all!”
