Spacious newly built all brick Ranch House 1700 SqFt in Southern Indiana centrally located to all nearby attractions. House offers open floor plan with split bedroom design separating bedrooms by kitchen and living room. House has vaulted ceiling in living room. Large yard is covered with neighbor's fence from both sides and tall trees on the back giving it more privacy. You can sit and relax on back porch. It’s situated in a quiet safe desirable suburb with sidewalks and brick mailboxes. It's perfect place for transient travelers to get restful sleep with just 4 miles distance off Hwy 65, Exit 16.

You can make this place total adventure with just 14 Min Drive to Clark State Forest (No Entry Fee), 12 minutes to Deam Lake, 20 minutes from Louisville Downtown or enjoy fruit picking at famous Huber Farms 18 minutes away. You can find several shopping centers and restaurants within 15 min drive.

Nice for price

Home is in a nice quite neighborhood, upon arrival was a littler thrown off by the yard not being mowed. But once inside the home was clean and modern, previous tenants left trash in the garage which you could smell. But once I informed the home owner they came and got rid of it in a timely manner and was ver responsive to all my messages. Everything was clean and newer in home. Good stay and pretty close to food and attractions, would definitely stay again.

Fantastic weekend getaway accomodations!

The property was just as shown on VRBO, was quite warm and accommodating. As others have mentioned, the owner is in the process of finishing some painting and minor touch ups, but this didn't interfere one little bit with our visit. The whole place was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, including some spices, condiments and great small appliances. The living room furniture was extremely comfortable. We would certainly stay again!! Yousaf, you are a premier host!!

We loved the location and the house was nice and roomy!

Again, we loved the roomy house. It could have been cleaner, but we spent the first day getting it clean and the rest of the stay was very nice. We did have to borrow some pans and baking sheets from my mom's house as there was not enough cookware. Overall, it was still a great place!

Good for a night

We checked in here for a night after a fun day wine tasting. The house is nice, but definitely needs some work. The paint job in the bathroom was half completed and the toilet didn’t flush correctly. Scuffs lines the walls and the recliner did not recline. The backyard left some to be desired. However, it was clean, safe, and affordable. The host was eager to communicate and make sure check in was easy. Beds were clean and comfortable and there was a huge tub in the master room.

Very spacious and beautiful.

I had an amazing expirience. It was wonderful and perfect for my group. The waffle maker and blender to make an amazing breakfast and a huge backyard for any activity. It was wonderful thank you!
