“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that……

“We really LOVED this Cottage in the middle of SOMEWHERE ! From the entry gate, to the Shetland Highland Cattle grazing in the adjacent "pasture", to the rooster's morning wake up call, everything here was FANTASTIC ! The Cottage is well appointed with all necessities to relax, make meals, watch TV, etc. Location is perfect for a scenic, leisurely one hour drive to Tuscaloosa or same to Birmingham. We are looking forward to duplicating this trip in 2026 !Thank you, Mary, for a GREAT stay !”
