“it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. The place does not allow to walk with ski boots but we didn't get access to the boots area to store our skies and boots... I was almost forgetting, broken shower indeed! Place was……

“Perfectly thought out hotel and amazing people with a special shout out to Morgane who was particularly wonderful and helpful. We checked out in the morning our final day, stored our luggage in the luggage room and still skied a full day. The luggage room is equipped with showers so we were able to clean up and change for dinner before our transport picked us up late in the evening. “Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. “I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience.”
