“Room was clean and beautiful except small area of wallpaper peel off. Toilet has a smell but overall still acceptable. Disappointment with very late notice that the swimming pool is chargeable with a RM30 fee and limited entry. same thing for parking. Suggest these should indicate in Expedia website. ”

“Very good location, room is nice. The restaurant was underconstruction, and we had to order breakfast everyday, and the breakfast was not good, although they provided some choices, there would be something wrong at the next morning. And it didn't taste good... I had to order grab food instead. They charged me NTD$1080 for the bad breakfast. The housekeeping didn't do a good job either, the trash was in the trash bin for five days without cleaning. The dishes were washed, but not clean.”

“Had a nice stay. A superior room was provided with a good city view. Big swimming pool is at level 15th and big shopping mall the middle of two towers. ”

“This service apartment is perfect for any type of travellers, it offers great service for example when we forgot our umbrella the staff let us borrow some. The room is massive yet it is clean. Some minor issues was that the fan in the main room was not working and that in the morning, the main bathroom had a sewage-like smell which was unpleasant. ”

“Très bon hôtel, bien situé, chambre spacieuse, avec une magnifique piscine donnant sur les tours Petronas. Petit bémol le service de chambre n’est pas passé pour la nettoyer. ”
