“This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. This largely sums up our satisfaction in this hotel. Location is within walking distance from the busiest area yet remains to have its quietness. Admittedly there are areas of ageing signs and attentions such as the ensuite bathroom door. Overall, cleanliness and services are remaining at a high standard. This stay has again been a very pleasant experience.”

“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it……

“On the website it was mentioned that check in time is 3 p.m., however the person in charge told me that the room is only ready by 5 p.m. On the check out day, the person in charge texted that check out time is at 11:30 a.m. and any later than that the guest will be charge extra. Room was clean, spacious, equipped with microwave, electric kettle and stove, refrigerator and washing + drying mchine. 8 minutes walk to Aquaria KLCC and quite near to other interesting shopping mall in Golden……

“Booked the hotel at a very good price. The room is exceptional, very big for only 2 person. There is also a washing machine included which saved us time and money! The only small downside was that we weren’t informed that we have to contact the agent for check in prior to our stay.”
