“An old hotel. The family room gets the afternoon sun and was hot when we checked in. The ac (individual ceiling type) took hours to cool down the room. The bathroom is very small with a sliding door that doesn’t close well.”
“Air con tweaking sound through out the entire night. Sound proof is not strong enough. Able to hear clearly hotel customers chatting plus housekeeper communicating with counter staff on room checking out services. Totally not worth patronising.”

“Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property.
So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer.
