“Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir.”

“Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. Alles ist so wie es auf den Bildern aussieht, die Landschaft um das Anwesen herum ist traumhaft, der wirklich große Pool ist immer sauber und das Haus insbesondere die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet wie ich es noch nie in einem Ferienhaus gesehen habe! Insgesamt eine 10/10, danke für den tollen Aufenthalt !”

“Das Haus selbst hat uns recht gut gefallen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe. Silvano der Gastgeber hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, auch wenn die Kommunikation mit ihm (er spricht ausschließlich italienisch) etwas schwierig war. Wir haben uns mit einer Übersetzungs-App halbwegs verständigen können. Aber es gibt einen Punkt, der meiner Meinung nach in die Beschreibung gehört: die Zufahrtsstraße zu dem Anwesen gleicht einem Felsenweg im tiefsten……

“Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal. Das Haus war nur teilweise gereinigt. 1 Bett im Obergeschoss war nicht frisch bezogen. Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. Die Toilettensvhüssel und das Waschbecken wackelten. Im Untergeschoss war die Kaffemascine verschimmelt. Die Couch und der Sessel waren durchgesessen und nicht benutzbar. Die Toilettenschüssel……

“We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. He was very friendly, easy to contact and genuinely cared about us being happy. The location was quiet and wonderful. We will be back for another stay, only longer next time.”

“What can I say ? Dimora del Conicchio was exactly what we’d hoped for. A dream villa for our family of 5 including 2 teenagers and an 8 year old. This property truly offers something for everyone, whether it’s relaxing in the tranquil grounds, cooking a family meal on the traditional Tuscan BBQ or doing something more active like playing tennis or swimming in the beautiful swimming pool. “This is the first night we stayed in Toscana. The hotel is a real castle located on the top of the hill. The beautiful landscape of agricultural view seen from the hotel was panoramic and breathtaking. The family suite was cozy, containing one living room and two bedrooms. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic and spa center was amazing. Breakfast was flourish. The dinner was also good but overpriced actually. As a whole, I highly recommend staying in Catello di Velona as you visit Toscana.”
