“This property was falsely represented . It was not clean . We found bugs , dead and alive , in dishes and on countertops . The windows were taped shut and filthy . The noise was horrible from a resident working on a vehicle and street noise was terrible .The stairways were narrow and steep . Air conditioning was ineffective . We left after 1 night .”

“We needed to book at trip at the last minute (2 days before, with dogs) and was very happy to find this available! The unit was just as expected and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. Although we didn't use it, there was a garage we could have parked in. Check in went smoothly and communication with the Owner was easy. Check……

“My kids, grandkids ages 8-17 stayed for 4 days in December. It was nice that the house was decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We visited the Farnsworth House nearby which was really interesting!”

The decks were in poor condition, covered with debris and fallen brush. One section of the guardrail was broken, which was concerning. The garage was unusable, we had to park our cars outside. Also, the first floor bathroom only had a tub with a handheld shower which was a bit inconvenient. The water smells awful, we used bottle water even for……
