The original mansion's first two stories are available as a separate residence. Myself a separate unit with separate entrance and if not already booked by another guest you can include another four in your group with their own entrance and efficiency kitchen. (it's listed on Airbnb as the Paris Apartment) so ostensibly if it's not already booked and you could have a group of 16 under one roof.
