The host messaged not long after booking with entry code and Wi-Fi password and property was easy to access and clean! The house is a super cozy little cabin equipped with a charcoal grill, camp chairs, and a fire pit right next to the water. It was perfect for our family. ”

“Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! ”

“Beautiful mountain setting, in a fairly remote location. Cabin was immaculately clean and tidy. Pet friendly, brought my dog with me. He enjoyed the basket of dog toys and treats! This host thought of everything, even kindling wood in the encloses firewood box. I would definetly recomend this cabin!”

“Rest Assured cabin in Big Bear Resort was absolutely perfect! We love to mountain bike and the Chris Cowley trail was exactly 1 mile from the cabin. This magnificent trail ended on Camp 70 Road where many of the famous Davis trails start including Hoodoo and Moon Rocks.
