Casale Casini Soccorso, an oasis of relax and tranquility immersed in the nature of Senigallia just a few minutes drive from the seaside and the historic center, offers apartments with kitchens, panoramic swimming pool, children's play area, barbecue and gym.
The object of the rental is an accommodation consisting of a bedroom with private bathroom. The room has a double bed and the bathroom inside the bedroom has a toilet, bidet and shower. First floor, overlooking the internal garden. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Room equipped with refrigerator and coffee machine (there is no kitchen nor living room available).
The rental price does not include (to be paid on site) linen, extra cleaning, tourist tax, heating based on consumption.
100 euro deposit to be paid in cash upon check-in and refunded upon departure.
Optional additional services: linen package 10 EUR/per person to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid upon arrival in cash (these are personal sheets and towels and cannot be used outside the accommodation as a beach towel, to be kept for the entire duration of the stay - change during the stay at the same price).
Guests must bring their own beach towels and toiletries, in addition to linens unless requested.
Swimming pool and gym opening hours: 15/5-30/9 (weather permitting). Opening hours 9-20.
The areas that make up the apartment described are for the exclusive use of guests who book it. Swimming pool, barbecue, gym and garden are shared with the guests of the others apartments. There are other apartments in the same complex. For the safety of guests, the entrances to the accommodations and shared areas are under video surveillance in compliance with current legislation.

The house, whose original nucleus dates back to the end of the 19th century, has been completely renovated maintaining its original charm, stands on the top of a hill overlooking a beautiful olive grove of a thousand trees and the valley down to the sea, the enchanting view overlooks a suggestive mosaic of soft hills.
The house is surrounded by a 4000 m2 fenced garden with centuries-old olive trees, a special bamboo garden and a children's play area, the renovated barn with barbecue and dining tables, the gym area and the brand new panoramic swimming pool with breathtaking views over the valley.
The area is excellent for relaxation, art and culture sightseeing, sea and beach lovers, food and wine tastings, trekking and cycling trips.
The historic center of Senigallia is 5km (10 minutes by car), the sandy beach of Velluto di Senigallia is 5km (10 minutes by car), the medieval village of Scapezzano is 2.5km. The nearest airport in Ancona is 28km away (25 minutes by car).

House rules
Booking involves acceptance of the Regulations for the use of the Accommodations and Shared Areas available on our official website casalecasinisoccorso, some points of which are attached.
ARRIVAL TIME
Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm. We do not have staff available for reception at all hours, therefore to best organize your arrival it is essential to send your estimated arrival time the day before. Going to the property without having notified the arrival time, or arriving early/late can cause long waits.
Are you late? Inform us! Are you arriving before the agreed time? Entry will still take place at the agreed arrival time.
To speed up the check-in procedure, we invite you to send the identity documents of all guests, or the Guest Registration Form completed with the data of all guests, at least 24 hours before check-in.
DEPOSIT
200 euros to be paid in cash at check-in. It serves as a deposit for anything not included in the rental price and any amounts due. Returned upon departure.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the premises. In case of violation of the ban, a minimum of 200 euros will be charged.
PETS
Not allowed. In case of violation of the ban, a minimum of 200 euros will be charged.
RESPECT FOR SILENCE
From 10.00 pm to 8.00 am and from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm maximum silence is required. Hearing aids should be kept at a low volume. At any time, behaviors, activities, games and use of equipment that cause disturbance to other guests must be avoided.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
1 euro per person per day, to be paid in cash at check-in (excluding minors under the age of 15).
DEPARTURE
Check-out strictly by 10:00. Upon departure the refrigerator must be emptied, the rubbish thrown into the appropriate containers located in the ecological oasis of the structure respecting separate waste collection.
