“L'appartamento è molto bello e pulito ed ha una spendida terrazza con vista sul mare Massima gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha dato anche preziosi consigli sui luoghi da visitare.”

“Owners of the place Michaela and Michael are very nice and excellent hosts. Very helpful and ready to take care of their guest any time.Nice location with 2 separated and cozy houses. Excellent for family with teenagers. In hot summer this private and very clean pool is just perfect place to spend relaxing day. Alghero is only 10 min drive by car with plenty restaurants, shopping, music and whatever is needed. All around are perfect beaches easy to reach by car. It was a very nice and relaxing……

“Villa Flavia is located in the hills above Isola Rossa and Spiaggia Li Ferulli. You have an amazing view over the sea with a beautiful sunset in the evening. The property is quite big with enough space for up to six people. There are two bathrooms and on each side a huge terrace to sit on. The host was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely love to come again some time.”

“Das Appartement ist klein und funktional ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist datiert, aber da man doch die meiste Zeit am Strand ist, ist dies eher irrelevant. Was mich persönlich irritiert hat, war die Anzahl Dekorationsartikel, die man auf ca 40 qm verteilen kann. Tipp: Man muss z.B. nicht jeden Platz an einer Wand mit einem Bild bedecken. Der Pool war sauber und angenehm. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieteter gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war realistisch. nicht alle Bilder etc. Aufhängen.”

“L'appartement était bien placé mais seulement une clim dans la chambre parentale. La chambre des enfants étaient étouffantes nous avons dû acheter un ventilateur La chasse d'eau cassée, la plaque dans la douche cassée et un séchoir rouillé des éléments réparable qui doivent être changés. La porte vitrée ne fermait pas à clés, seulement la porte en bois fermait. Manque de chaises seulement 4 chaises dont une cassée. Malgré les places gratuites , elles ne sont pas privatisées. A plusieurs……

“We hebben een geweldige (huwelijks)week gehad in het prachtige huis van Franco. Het is ruim, heeft veel gezellige zitjes, een prachtig zwembad en toegang tot een eigen strandje. Franco is heel gastvrij en lief en reageert meteen op je vragen. We kregen zelfs een fles champagne en een bruidsboeket van hem. We hebben genoten. Deze villa is een absolute aanrader!”

“We had a great few nights here as a couple. It would easily have accommodated another couple or family. Beautiful grounds and very friendly and warm hosts. We loved this part of Sardinia and the villla was a great location for heading into town or taking a drive to several areas. Also great for just relaxing one day by the pool! The overall experience was like a cozy summer cottage and we would recommend to anyone who appreciates that rustic charm. Thank you Matt, Lizzie and Giulio!”
