Poor internal cadence. We contacted them 3 times through emails to request an extra bed and crib but never got a reply. After the free cancellation date, I called them to make sure we have them ready but they told us they’re not able to accommodate the crib. At this point already, I was disappointed as we could have canceled the reservation itself if they had replied to at least one of my three emails. However, since it was too late to cancel, I asked them to have the crib ready upon checkin as we were arriving there at midnight and wanted to go straight to bed.
We went to the hotel and then were told the crib wasn’t available either. They offered to make the couch an extra bed but I wished they had told us so when I called them and also have made the bed already as I requested. They had to make the bed for us at 2am. We were relieved one of our daughters had her own space to sleep but this whole process could have been done with much less stress.
The hotel itself is nice but very disappointed with their communication and internal cadence.
