This is my second stay at this hotel. While most of the staff, including the housekeeping team, were warm and welcoming, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the front desk employees.
During my first visit, she handled my check-in, and on my second visit, she processed my check-out. On both occasions, she was rude, never said "thank you," and had an unfriendly demeanor. I'm not sure if this was due to a language barrier or something else, but it made my experience less pleasant.
I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the other staff members, but I hope the hotel can improve its front desk service to ensure a more consistent and welcoming experience for all guests.
