One morning, a member of the housekeeping team opened the door to my room. The hotel claimed it was a mistake while verifying no-show rooms. I find this explanation unacceptable, as the hotel should have a system in place to track which rooms are occupied. I do not understand why a staff member needed to physically check the room.
The front desk did apologize and offered a three-hour late check-out, which I did not find satisfactory.
In terms of hygiene, I found a used contact lens at the room entrance. On one occasion, when I returned to my room at night, I noticed several pieces of dirt on the bed and floor, which I believe came from the air conditioning.

Clean, modern, comfortable, and a great value for money. The location is a little bit out of the way but the hotel was very close to a subway station, which made getting around quite easy. Having laundry and a styler in the room was a major plus, though you will need to either purchase laundry detergent downstairs or bring your own. Only thing that kept this from being a 5 star stay was the inability to adjust the temperature in the room.
