“Not much of anything around this hotel as it’s in an Industrial Area. However the breakfast was fresh and good every morning. And if you want something to eat other than the food from the convenience, store buffet next-door you can order food in an app. ”
“The location was good with only a 2-3 minutes walk from metro and attractions within a few metro stops. Staff was really nice and helpful. We arrived at Seoul at 05:00am, reached the hotel at 07:00am and expressed our will to check-in earlier. Though the staff was not that good at english, he managed to understand what we meant and arranged a room for us at 11:00am which we really appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a little stain on the table which was not……
“Even though had turned on the "do not disturb" light already, housekeeping still rang room bell at 9am, for 2 days. Need to improve as it was really disturbed. Other than it rest are all good, location is right at Bucheon downtown, very convenience for eating and shopping. Breakfast is just average...”
“The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. It was also very hot. We couldnt find any controls for the floor heating so we had to sleep with the window open. But the bath was nice and it was a sizeable room. The staff was also very helpful and held our bags for us. ”
“Staffs are awesome. We put on do not disturb several time during the stay. And they called and checked on what we need for the day and delivered by doorsteps. Plus the business center is an easy access at floor 4th. But only one computer available, several seats for notebook users though. 10/10. It’s just off the metro. And two stops away from 弘大 by air rail”
