“There was a bit of a fiasco with the reservation, not the motel's fault at all though. And when they couldn't find me they were about to give me a complimentary room until it got settled! Fortunately, it all got straightened out and I was able to go to my room. They were patient and friendly through the whole experience and gave me a bottled water. I would stay here again and recommend it. Thank you for you patiyand understanding in the mix up!”

“1. Easy walk to Victoria ferry terminal 2. No air conditioning…room was very stuffy at check-in, window fan running in unsecured open slider window. Room did cool down by 8pm. There was an additional floor fan to stir the air. 3. Room was on ground floor, persons in 2nd floor room kept pacing until 11pm. Annoying. 4. Light fixture/exhaust fan in bathroom missing cover, bare light bulb showing. 5. Refrigerator/freezer missing handle, duct taped. The freezer was totally frosted up. Was able to……
