“The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of……

“Beautiful historical hotel right next to both Lourdes Basillica entrances, less than a five minute walk And all the shops and restaurants are right next to it. “We enjoyed our stay here, the room was very nice with many chairs, windows looking out on the town. Breakfast at the Ski Bar was also fine. The hotel is conveniently located near the Tourist office. Unfortunately we had rainy weather with low clouds so we didn't get to see the mountains. ”

“Hotel is located on the outskirts of this small mountain village, but the centre is easily accessible. Also located close to Thermal Park (including playground) and baths. Room was clean, with a decently sized bathroom and toilet. There is a convenient restaurant which offers good quality food at decent prices. Owners are very friendly and helpful.”
