I guess this is the best in this neighborhood.
Not convenient for shopping or dining, facilities is very limited.”
“Nice accommodation within close proximity of Mesamall. Room was comfortable and well maintained.
Communication was good......when available. Instructions on how to get to your accommodation once you had accessed the room cards whilst on foot was difficult as instructions were aimed at people with a vehicle. ”
"The staff are very friendly and willing to assist you for any issue. My room was at 14th floor, there is a counter at the floor, you can just check out at there instead of doing that at ground floor. Very near from the airport T1, so I can catch my early morning flight!"
"Convenient location: it is near the airport. Good service: free shuttle bus and packed breakfast when requested as I needed to leave the hotel at 5:00am. The room is large and clean. The hotel is over my expectation. It is highly recommended. "
"This hotel is located in mid valley n there is a very big shopping arcade under the hotel. Lots of shopping n big super market. Hotel housekeeping staff very good service. However one reception lady s service is not so friendly. Always no smile. All male staff in reception are cheerful."
"There is bloodstained blanket/ comforter. It's very disgusted. This hotel is not as qualified as 5 Star hotel. They need to start to learn it from 1 star.
They even have no comb, and no soap.
The front seat might be avoid solve this problem promptly since no one pick up the phone in 5 minutes. It's rediculous."
