“Vi bodde 2 dager på hotellet. Frokost buffé var veldig god og variert. Vi spiste også middag 1 dag og den smakte godt. Personalet var høflige og veldig hjelpsomme. Rommet var rent og komfortabel. Stranden som er ca 500 meter fra hotellet var skuffende. Det ligger mye søppel på stranden og var ikke noe sted å være på.”

“Nice hotel at this price range, only drowback is we won't get coffee/tea though we get good food. Parking is a big problem in pondicherry, however this hotel has some space to park the vehicle on road.”

“The hotel has a tiny reception. When we arrived he told us there will be a wait time of 4 hours before getting a room. After I told him I’m ready to pay to get the room now, he made a room available within 20 min. The room while it was “cleaned” was not really clean as the hotel has issues of smell and humidity due tu the swimming pool inside the suite. The hotel reception behavior was pathetic! We had need up checking out even if we paid for 2 days (no money returned or even offered). I……

“We had booked 3 rooms for attending a wedding. One of the rooms did not have hot water. In the evening we did not have power for 3 hours and the power backup failed. When we asked for a partial refund for our discomforts, they just gave some excuses. The room service persons to help with luggage are always missing.”

“There was no kitchen/restaurant at the hotel. They wouldn't provide towels or fresh sheets or even water. They didn't even have any soap/shampoo/creams (basics) in the bathrooms. They had some snacks. The pool was okay. Too basic.”
