“My wife and I travel quite a bit and, admittedly, we can be a little picky when it comes to hotels – we know what we like and we don’t settle easily. That said, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel itself is stunning – every detail was clearly thought through with care and style. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And……

“Yemekler, personel, otel konforu iyi. Bahçede gürültülü tamirat vardı, otel dışında da kaldırımlar kazılmış toz, toprak. Otelin içine kapanmak zorunda kaldık. Wi-fi vasattı, sıklıkla zayıflıyor ve hem cep telefonu hem de bilgisayara sürekli yeniden kayıt gerekiyordu.”

“Toller Club, insbesondere für Leute, die Wassersport mögen. Super schöne, weitläufige und gepflegte Anlage. Sehr leckeres Essen und hervorragender Service. Hier möchten wir uns insbesondere noch mal bei Kazim bedanken, der stets freundlich, aufmerksam und blitzschnell für unsere Wünsche da war. Besser geht Service nicht. Vielfältiges Animationsprogramm und sehr freundliche, engagierte, aber nicht aufdringliche Animateure.”

“I would give this hotel a 5 star, the only thing why I did 4 star because I reserved 2 beds and when we arrived they didn’t have 2 beds, only one bed, was not happy about that, the hotel is very nice, clean, the guy at the check in desk very nice, speaks good English, breakfast is very good, very clean, within walking distance to the Land of Legends, yes I would stay there again if in the area, we rented the car so parking right in front of hotel, overall satisfied with this hotel.”

“I had enjoyed overall especially on the food and beverages. Two suggestions :- 1) Based on request only, water bottle and towels has been refilled and replaced. Its better to do by themselves. 2) Being a Tourist spot, it would be helpful - if reception people can talk in English.”
