However, the shuttle from the hotel to the airport (GRU) was terrible. 1) The driver did not bother asking if the passengers needed help to load their baggages on the bus/ 2) As there were no functional straps to tie the baggages where they were allocated, they were sliding on the bus until my dad tied the existent straps on his own/ 3) The driver was driving recklessly since the baggages / 4) The driver did not stop at the appropriate ”

“Check in very good . Danilo go above and beyond customer service. But thecleaning person at 5am made noise if it was 9am wake up everyone. Breakfast very good.”
