This charming 120m² house, spread over two floors, is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.
On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and comfortable living area with a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to the garden and backyard, complete with a BBQ and outdoor furniture—ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare tasty meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.
Also on the ground floor is a convenient ensuite bedroom with a double bed—perfect for guests with limited mobility.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: two with double beds and wardrobes, and one with two single beds. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.
The bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
For your comfort, the house is professionally cleaned before each stay.
Please note that stairs are required to access the upper floor.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
This location is close to the stunning Arrábida Natural Park, known for its scenic hiking trails and crystal-clear beaches like Praia do Ribeiro do Cavalo. The historic Sesimbra Castle offers panoramic views of the coastline. Nearby, the Cabo Espichel lighthouse is a dramatic cliffside landmark. For local dining, try fresh seafood at Restaurante O Velho e o Mar or Casa Mateus.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
